PAYMENT
We Accept the following forms of payment:
Credit Card processed through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay with your credit card.
Money Order. If you would like to pay with a money order, please send it to our mailing address, which is available on our contact page. Once we receive the payment, we will send your order.
If you are in the local area (Southern Manitoba), and would like to arrange to pick up your order, you are welcome to pay at this time.
SHIPPING
Canadian Orders
Canadian orders are shipped from our destination in Morden, Manitoba, Canada.
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post, Expedited parcel service.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been processed.
Flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 to any location in Canada.
Allow 7-10 days for delivery.
United States Orders
American orders are shipped from a shipping depot in Walhalla, North Dakota.
Orders to the USA are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been processed.
Flat-rate shipping fee of $12.00 to any location in the USA.
Allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Foreign Destinations
Additional shipping fees may apply. Please e-mail us for details.
Taxes & Duties
Depending on the country of residence, additional taxes and duties may be charged. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping charge is not refundable.
Ruby Apparel will pay the postage to ship the replacement product. This free exchange is limited to a one time exchange only. International customers will be charged the shipping cost for the exchange.

2) Enclose the original sales receipt to ensure your account is properly creditied.
